These Terms describe the rules for using TallyArk. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the website, you agree to use TallyArk lawfully and in line with these Terms.

If you use TallyArk for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to use the service for that organization and to add business, client, invoice, payment, and team information to the workspace.

TallyArk is intended for business use. Users must be legally able to use business software services in their location and must not use the service if they are prohibited from doing so by law.

TallyArk is not intended for children. Public registration may be restricted, rate-limited, verified, suspended, or removed where needed to protect the platform.

Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login details secure. Email verification may be required before access is granted.

Organization owners and admins control team access, roles, settings, business profiles, payment accounts, and records inside the organization workspace.

Client portal users may access only the documents and portal records shared with them.

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless the activity is caused by TallyArk's own failure to apply reasonable security controls. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of the business content you add to TallyArk, including business profiles, client records, invoice details, quotations, comments, templates, logos, and payment records.

You grant TallyArk the permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, generate, store, back up, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, quotations, payment records, tax settings, business details, bank details, client information, and any legal or accounting records generated from your workspace.

You must not use TallyArk to send spam, impersonate another business, publish unlawful or harmful content, misrepresent payment details, abuse public registration, attempt to access another organization, or interfere with the service.

You must not upload malware, scrape the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer private parts of the platform, misuse APIs, create accounts to evade restrictions, or use TallyArk for fraud, phishing, harassment, illegal goods, or regulated activity that you are not authorized to perform.

TallyArk may restrict, suspend, or remove access where activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, harmful to service reliability, harmful to other users, or in breach of these Terms.

TallyArk helps record and track invoice payments, payment schedules, bank-transfer instructions, and Stripe-related payment references where configured.

TallyArk is not a bank, accountant, tax adviser, or payment settlement provider. You remain responsible for confirming payments, reconciling bank records, meeting tax obligations, and complying with accounting rules that apply to your business.

Where Stripe or another payment provider is used, that provider's own onboarding, payment, dispute, refund, and compliance terms apply. TallyArk may show payment status from provider records but does not guarantee that funds will settle or that a customer will pay.

TallyArk may offer free access, trials, paid plans, usage-based features, or payment-processing integrations. Pricing and limits may change as the product evolves.

If paid subscriptions or add-ons are introduced, the checkout flow or billing page should explain the price, billing period, renewal behavior, cancellation method, taxes, and refund rules before payment is taken.

We aim to keep TallyArk reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, infrastructure issues, upgrades, provider outages, or security reasons.

Features may change over time as the product improves. We may add, remove, rename, or adjust features, but we will try to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt active customer workflows.

You should keep appropriate records and exports for your own accounting and compliance needs. TallyArk may provide backup and restore processes, but users should not treat the service as their only copy of legally required business records.

If you delete records or accounts, recovery may not be possible after deletion and retention periods have passed.

TallyArk may integrate with third-party services such as email providers, payment providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics or monitoring services, app stores, or mobile operating systems.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TallyArk is not responsible for outages, rule changes, declined payments, delivery failures, or other issues caused by third-party providers outside TallyArk's reasonable control.

TallyArk owns or licenses the software, design, branding, documentation, and platform materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TallyArk's intellectual property to users.

If you send ideas or feedback, TallyArk may use them to improve the product without owing compensation, as long as doing so does not use your confidential business records outside the service.

You may stop using TallyArk at any time. Organization owners may request organization deletion or export assistance where available.

TallyArk may suspend or terminate access where required by law, where payment obligations are not met, where security risk is present, or where these Terms are materially breached.

TallyArk is provided to support business workflows, but it does not guarantee that invoices will be paid, emails will be read, tax calculations will meet every legal requirement, or payment records will match your bank unless they are reconciled by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyArk is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or consequences caused by inaccurate user-entered data, provider outages, or unauthorized use caused by weak account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

TallyArk may update these Terms as the product, providers, pricing, laws, or security requirements change.

When changes are material, TallyArk should provide reasonable notice through the website, app, or email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
